All fees include VAT 24 %.

Registration fees

Onsite participants:
The onsite registration fee includes access to the scientific programme and industrial exhibition at the congress venue, meals and refreshments at lunch and coffee breaks, congress materials as well as the Welcome reception on Friday, 3 September 2021.
The onsite fee includes also full access to the virtual congress platform and its materials (please see below).

Online participants:
The online registration fee includes access to the scientific programme and industrial exhibition through the virtual congress platform. All materials and lecture recordings will be available until 30 September, 2021.

Prescription

As per guidelines for pharmaceutical exhibitors, during the online registration you will need to state whether you are qualified to prescribe.

Methods of payment

1) Credit card payment
On the registration form, choose the credit card payment and fill in the payment card details.

2) Online bank payment (for Finnish/Nordic banks only)
On the registration form, choose your bank, and you will be forwarded to the payment service.

3) PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer). An invoicing fee of 5 EUR will be added.
A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail address after you have submitted your registration.

4) E-invoice (for Finnish organisations only). An invoicing fee of 5 EUR will be added.
An e-invoice will be sent to the e-invoicing address provided.

Please make sure to give a correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 5 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised PDF or e-invoice due to a wrong address, or otherwise modified).

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Insurance

Please note that the meeting participants are not covered by any insurance (travel, medical, accident or liability) taken by the Meeting Organisers. The Meeting Organisers cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or accompanying person or another person during travel to and from the meeting or during the meeting. Participants are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions.

Cancellation policy

Change of the participant
At any time after registration, in case you will be unable to attend yourself for any reason, you will have the opportunity to send a colleague in your place at no additional cost. In such case, please contact the congress secretariat as soon as possible: info@aboaservices.fi

Change from online to onsite registration
If you have initially registered as an online only participant, you will have the opportunity to switch to onsite registration at any time by paying the difference between the online and onsite fees applicable at the time of change. Please contact the congress secretariat for further instructions: info@aboaservices.fi

Cancellations or other alterations

By 14 June 2021 (early bird deadline)

  • Cancellations will be refunded with the total amount of fees paid (minus a 30 € handling fee).
  • If an onsite registration is changed to an online only registration, the difference between the paid fees and the online fee will be refunded in full.

Between 15 June – 9 August 2021

  • Cancellations will be refunded with 50% of the total fees paid.
  • If an onsite registration is changed to an online only registration, the difference between the paid fees and the online fee will be refunded in full.

On 10 August 2021 or after

  • Cancellations will not be refunded, but any paid onsite registration can be switched to an online only registration without additional cost. The difference between the paid fee and the online fee will not be refunded.

In the event that the congress must be changed to a fully virtual congress (online only), the difference between the paid fees and the online registration fee will be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organiser shall be limited to that refund.

In the event that the congress is entirely cancelled by the Meeting Organisers, or if it cannot take place for any reason beyond the control of the Meeting Organisers, all registration fees will be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organiser shall be limited to that refund.
